Besides building our own moulds, we also have sufficient capacities to supply the mould-related maintenance for our production lines. This guarantees the security of supplies for our customers. Up-to-date logistic concepts lead to a top degree of delivery reliability.

More than 70 injection-moulding machines with various clamping forces offer a wide array of cutting-edge technology in order to fulfill our customers' needs. Complex component assembly and customer-specific confectioning are also part of our portfolio.

From the idea to serial production

Our special know-how contains the material-appropriate design of sophisticated structural components, the choice of the adequate mould concept, the process-oriented mould construction, and the implementation of moulds for the injection-moulding process in order to guarantee top-quality production and stable delivery reliability. Of course we will also give our advice concerning the choice of raw materials if needed. 

The production of highly complex plastic parts requires an intelligent advance quality planning which goes hand in hand with a state-of-the-art quality monitoring system. 
Bringing demanding conceptual tasks to serial production status and setting up trouble-free production belongs to our core competences.

Diversity as advantage

In order to perfectly meet our customers' requirements, we offer specialized procedures in addition to the conventional process. Thanks to our know-how in the field of multi-component injection moulding, we are able to produce parts made of different materials within one mould without the need for further process steps.
For many applications, saving weight within the platic parts is of major importance (lightweight design). The key requirement is that the mechanical parameters will not be affected by critical changes and that the parts can be produced without contorsion. With our physical foaming procedures, these demanding requirements can be met within the injection-moulding process.
